I always enjoy your pizza over any other in the entire North Hills. Congratulations and a THANK YOU to that person Who is making your sauce, Whomever is that Hero :). That is the best that your red sauce has tasted in a while so to Whomever is making your sauce(s); Keep up the amazing work!Best Pizza in The North Hills!!!!
Ordered pizzas and hoagies for pickup. Maybe it's the reputation preceeding them that I had high expectations, but the pizza was average at best. Nothing special about it, and not much flavor. The hoagies had no flavor at all and way too heavy on the onions. In my opinion, better pizza/hoagies and better prices too if you go a couple miles down the road.
Standard Pizza place right on the outskirts of McCandless and McKnight Road. Their menu is pretty standard with a few items standing out. They have specialty and standard pizza toppings & the subs are are pretty good. The venue is a little older, but the staff are really nice. Solid establishment overall.
Never disappointed with food;reasonably priced. Personal favorites are garlic wings, white pizza, and fried zucchini. Friendly wait staff. Should add a few Italian desserts such as zeppoles, and tiramisu. Even something simple as the tiny eclairs or pastry puffs from Sam's Club or Costco would suffice. I use this restaurant as my go- to place for first dates;especially for Tinder & Plenty of Fish etc.
Excellent food, fast service and reasonable prices.
Website says they are open until 10pm. Called at 8:50 and was told they are closed and not taking orders. Mentioned that their website says they are open until 10pm, but they said, oh, its not changed. So, tried to order, close time wrong, called well before close time and was told we could not order anyway. Quite unhappy with this fiasco.
Best pizza I've ever had. Not to greasy but tons of flavor.
A place that doesn’t care about racism or their employees behavior.
Professional pie Cant loose, always done right never dry or burnt, best place in North Hillls, makes Mama Meatballs pizza in Wilkins look like armatures.
About ten employees cooking, prepping and working registers--none with masks. No precautions of any kind or even signage. I asked the girl why no one was wearing a mask and she said it wasn't required. They don't let you into Home Depot without a mask. If this wasn't bad enough, they told me my order would be ready in a half hour. They didn't even start it until I walked in. Never again for us!
My first time here and it was excellent. We had a small pan pizza and an Italian hoagie. The only detail that would have made the pizza perfect would have been the use of fresh mushrooms instead of canned. Other than that this is a great place. It is very very clean and i loved Kim the server.
The menu on google is completely wrong. Prices are way higher. I don’t actually care about the prices, but I do care about the principal of business ethics. As the cashier said, “ We get complaints all the time about the wrong prices!” But yet you keep the old menu up??? I own a business and if there is any discrepancies on our website they are fixed immediately! Also, I only received 9 wings out of a 10 wing order!? You owe me a wing!!! 😡
I've eaten a LOT of pizza in my life, but none better than Luciano's. I know what you're saying, but until you try it, you can never truly know what you've been missing all these years. Their pizza with red sauce is outstanding, but nothing compares to their white pizza... NOTHING! The freshness of the ingredients and the taste of the crust is just outstanding. There are several really good pizza places in The Burgh, but this is by far the best, in my humble opinion of course.
Best Pan Pizza in the North Hills, by far! Have been going here for over 30 years. Consistently good food!
I've been going here for almost 20 years. The pizza is some of the best in Pittsburgh. The real winner is the Pan. It's a great small pizza joint for a quick bite or a nice casual dinner. You can't go wrong by stopping by and enjoying a slice or 2.
Best pizza I ever had. Awesome.
Good food and clean fast service
BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR BILL. The waitress charged me $17.50 for a medium pan pizza with Chicago sauce. That was an extra $3.00 which she showed as an some hokey open box charge. I'm up from Florida, and I think she pulled a fast one on me because she figured I was just passing through.
Great deep dish. More of a take out place but the dining room is okay. One great thing is super cold bottled beer (but not a big selection).
This is my number 2 fav. in Pittsburgh behind Mineo's. Love the tiny peperoni
Great food!! Great service! Our spot to eat for lunch with my coworkers! We order lunch often from there!
Actually want my money back for all the times I went here. Have never been spoken to more degradingly than I did a minute ago while raising a concern to the management of this establishment. I am so disturbed.
Our first visit! Best white pizza we have ever had!
The garlic bread with cheese was fantastic. The italian hoagie was bland with no italian dressing and dry.
Great pizza so I says made daily in so is there dough
Good pizza but check your order before you leave, just got a large sausage pizza minus the sausage
This place makes great pizza, but the customer service needs some help. This has happened multiple times call an hour before closing and they say the are either closed or not delivering, tonight's newest issue was I got hung up on, then called back and was told that they are out of large pizzas but had medium and small, wait so dough couldn't be combined to make a large. My biz will go elsewhere, the original place in White Oak would never let this happen.
Worst pizza in town, on top of that the host was a rude and racist person. Terrible service and very disappointed
Best pizza in north hills hands down.
Some of the best pizza in the area. Also love their subs and calzones.
Great food and service... Ill drive from Tarentum pa. For the Pan pizza! Enough said !
Food is awesome. The people are great. Place does get packed at times. But good pizza
Very good pizza to go. They also have really good Italian food and a place to eat inside.
Hands-down the best pizza in the North Hills. I don’t bother wasting my time or money anywhere else.
Reasonably priced.good food & service.
Exactly what I wanted last night. Everything else was a chain and we had no desire for that. Loved the seating area. Everyone working seemed so relaxed and easy to deal with. I hadn't been in the restaurant in 20+ years but I'll be back soon.
Pizza was a little smaller than I was hoping for a large. But wow was it great. Definitely reccomend, and will be going back in the future.
Great wings and pizza. Calzones are excellent.
Excellent calzones! An Italian calzone and a spinach calzone (with hot sausage added) are pictured. The also have great pizza, and very good hoagies...
I think that their pizza is the best around. Their staff are very respectful. Good food at a good price...
Worst Pizza place ever. First they don't respect the customer. Second they dont care to take in the order correctly. When called to order over phone the lady kept laughing for no reason. we were handed the wrong order. When called they didnt even care to apolozise for their mistake. Never going again! Hope the administration takes note and teaches their employees how to treat a customer.
Last time I’ll order from here. Anytime you ask for delivery it either doesn’t get delivered or it’s cold and late when you do. The staff is rude...whether you deal with them in person or over the phone. I have even been hung up on when I have called looking for my order. When I called back, he hung up again. On that occasion it showed up two hours later and was completely cold. Today, waited 2.5 hours and it didn’t show up at all. I keep trying to patron the place, it’s close and the pizza is good but they are not worth the hassle. The staff simply does not care. Horrible service
The garlic wings are fantastic! The fried zucchini planks were good as well.
I dont know what happened to our order today, but the food was way less then par ..lettuce was all soggy, meatballs had no flavor as well as the sauce, it will be a long time before we buy from Luciano again....very disappointed
Just as good as I remember it. It's been over a year since we've been here. Pizza is awesome, garlic bread with cheese is awesome. It's always a challenge to find a place to sit in this place, but the fresher the pizza, the better.
Great pizza, of course, is why they've been in business here for so long. The seating area is a bit cramped, and the beer selection is not so great, precluding a 5-star rating. But it's all about the pizza, and they've nailed it.
Have been a regular customer for 25 years. Very good pizza and salads
This used to be my favorite pizza place in Pittsburgh. Unfortunately I ordered tonight, I went in to pick up my order and there was not one single employee wearing gloves or a mask. Even to one's making ready to eat food. To me that's a common practice before all of this stuff happened. I don't even know how to take this restaurant seriously anymore.
Excellent food and good service, this is one of my favorite places to eat. It gets busy but worth the wait!
Great local pizza and subs and pasta.
